Your information is collected solely for the purpose of evaluating your application. SSN is hashed at receipt. Date of birth and driver license number are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). MVR / PSP / background checks are run only after you grant explicit consent above. We do not share your data with third parties except DOT-authorized screening providers (Checkr / HireRight / DriverIQ). Records of rejected applications are retained for 3 years per FCRA; hired-driver records are retained for 7 years per DOT. You may request a copy or deletion of your record at any time by emailing notifications@emrexpressinc.com.
